As an essential part of the team reporting to the VP of Health and Safety, you will support the development and execution of safety initiatives at plant operations. Key activities include facilitating trainings, conducting audits, and offering technical guidance to various departments. Your role will involve approximately 50% travel to sites in Edmonton, Calgary, Abbotsford, Port Coquitlam, and Wynyard.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate comprehensive Health & Safety sessions
• Develop and implement detailed project plans




• Conduct audits for protected operations and corrective actions
• Provide technical support to plant management
• Collaborate across teams for compliance alignment

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in health & safety
• Degree or certification in relevant fields
• Proven experience in delivering H&S; programs
• CRSP and PMP designations are beneficial
• Effective communication skills for successful collaboration
