You will be responsible for caring for a designated group of residents while also offering guidance to other care staff. Reporting directly to the Director of Care, this role emphasizes collaboration and ongoing problem-solving to effectively manage the needs of both residents and families. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care in a respectful manner
• Supervise care staff in their duties
• Engage in problem-solving with interdisciplinary teams




• Utilize effective communication with residents and families
• Maintain a high standard of care practices

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nurse program
• Current membership in BCCNM
• CPR and First Aid certification up to date
• Proficient communication skills, bilingual preferred
• Physical capability to perform nursing tasks
