At Foreseeson Technology, our operational flow is the heartbeat of our success. As we continue to grow our EMS division, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to support the smooth movement of materials and products throughout our operations.

You will play an important role in coordinating the day-to-day flow of goods between Foreseeson, our vendors, customers, and internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that incoming materials are received, verified, and properly recorded, while outgoing shipments are accurately prepared, documented, and delivered on time.

Working closely with the Warehouse, Materials, Production, Purchasing, and other internal teams, you will help maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate shipments and deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that materials, WIP, and finished goods move efficiently and according to schedule. Your attention to detail, organization, and ability to coordinate multiple priorities will contribute directly to the efficiency and reliability of our operations.

Full time, Permanent

Expected pay for this position is between CA$20.00 andCA$25.00 per hour(Final pay will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and alignment with the role)

Logistics Operations: Organize the inbound and outbound flow of materials into and out from Foreseeson to support our internal production and our customers.
Inventory Integrity: Ensure absolute inventory accuracy between system records and actual physical counts for all received and shipped items.
Cost & Carrier Management: Ensure shipping cost proficiency by managing 3PL and shipping logistics partners, coordinating timely shipments without incurring rush premiums.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay educated on the latest requirements to meet global trade compliance and ensure parts received or finished goods being shipped possess proper and complete documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & 6S:




Maintain 6S (incorporating 5S principles) for warehouse operations and loading dock areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper pallet storage.
Process receiving and shipping tasks promptly to maintain schedule adherence.
Bake, label, and store received items in designated inventory locations.
Oversee the consumables program, bin sizing, and re-order points.
Inventory & Quality Control:
Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to ensure continuous inventory accuracy.
Count and verify the accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists.
Inspect components for quality and compliance with specifications, documenting any quality issues and collaborating with the quality assurance team to resolve them.
Manage inventory adjustments (including scrap and write-offs), adjustment approvals, and related reporting.
Perform ownership and root cause analysis for production shortages or discrepancies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (production, engineering, purchasing, and planning) to ensure production targets are achieved.
Complete logistics actions introduced by Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) related to materials movements, setup, or removal.
Communicate effectively with team members to address any material shortages and proactively implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of materials and supply chain experience, including inventory counts, lean manufacturing, inventory stocking strategy, and physical layout optimization.




Community College Business or Material handling diploma, or equivalent inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in an electronic manufacturing environment, particularly in receiving and kitting roles, is preferred.
Technical Skills and Compliance:
Working knowledge of purchasing, planning, and Shipping/Receiving functions.
Familiarity with SOX requirements around inventory control and reporting.
Familiarity with electronic components, bills of materials (BOMs), and strict ESD safety protocols.
Intermediate to advanced level computer skills (Word/Excel) and proficiency with inventory management systems.
Physical and Operational Abilities:
Strong customer service focus, interpersonal skills, and leadership set.
A valid Forklift license is considered an advantage.
Ability to safely lift and move materials, loading and unloading items weighing up to 60 pounds by hand or with material handling equipment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Success
*Inventory Accuracy: Maintain an inventory discrepancy rate of *Receiving Efficiency: Maintain a receiving materials lead time of *Production Support: Ensure a kitting response time of *Logistics Excellence: 0 complaints from customers regarding shipment delays due to warehouse delays.
*Facility Organization: Consistently pass 6S/5S audits, ensuring pallets are properly stocked, bays are clean, and the warehouse team is responsive to tidiness responsibilities.
