As the Regional Pharmacy Operations and Training Lead, you will be responsible for training all pharmacy staff on procedures and best practices while delivering tailored training sessions. Your expertise will enhance the team's skills while ensuring a comprehensive understanding of standard practices. Regular travel is required to support pharmacy locations throughout the province.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions for pharmacy employees
• Evaluate training materials and employee progress
• Provide ongoing feedback to the management team




• Adapt training delivery to fit varying needs
• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment

Requirements:
• Valid registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Robust pharmacy operations experience (2-3 years)
• Training facilitation skills (individual and group)
• Knowledge of eMAR platforms
• Willingness to travel across Ontario regularly
