In this position, you will report to the Regional Finance Operations Manager and support the Finance team by overseeing customer accounts throughout Canada. Your responsibilities will include proactively following up on outstanding balances while maintaining robust relationships with clients. Candidates must have a firm grasp of accounts receivable processes and the ability to engage in meaningful customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable cycle
• Engage customers regarding payment resolutions




• Investigate discrepancies in billing statements
• Apply payments through various channels
• Record and reconcile customer account details

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Post-secondary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
