Red Door seeks a dedicated Overnight Security Worker for its Booth/Family Site. This full time permanent role requires responsiveness to emergencies and assisting new residents with their transition. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team while managing daily tasks, including security patrols, logging case notes, and addressing maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Secure the building and conduct patrols overnight
• Attend to emergencies and conduct intakes for new residents
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients




• Maintain cleanliness of office and common areas
• Update daily logs and occupancy reports

Requirements:
• Diploma in social services or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the social service system in Toronto
• Ability to manage and de-escalate abusive behavior
• Reliable team member with strong communication skills
• Willingness to complete mandatory training certifications
