In this one-year contract role, you will drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment. With a background in program management, you will navigate complex technology projects, building governance and providing clarity across multiple workstreams. Your hands-on approach will support project managers and engage leaders, ensuring measurable results for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee digital transformation across workstreams and projects
• Establish program governance and reporting structures




• Create master plans for initiatives including key dates and dependencies
• Develop dashboards to communicate project statuses regularly
• Mentor and coach project managers to align execution with objectives

Requirements:
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years in program/project management experience
• Experience with CRM/ERP and technology implementations
• PMP certification preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Jira
