As a Millwright, you will work directly with our Maintenance Manager to maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing and packaging equipment. Your role will require you to perform installations, repairs, and modifications, ensuring that safety and quality standards are upheld throughout the operations. Collaboration with various trades teams will be essential for successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on plant equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment during breakdowns




• Install and modify equipment as required
• Maintain food safety standards in the processing setting
• Collaborate with trades groups for project assignments

Requirements:
• Journeyperson Millwright ticket required
• Experience in food industry or high-speed packaging preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills and teamwork ability
• Motivated self-starter with minimal supervision needed
• Effective communication skills for computer-based work orders
