It is compulsory for the candidates to understand the duties and responsibilities and furnish their best effort. They will partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to provide best in class training solutions that deliver results and are sustainable. They will develop strategic training plans, and work to develop and deploy training solutions using the Purolator Program development cycle.

Candidates will collaborate with business leadership to deliver learning solutions that enable effective performance using your knowledge of adult learning principles.
They will drive a learning culture and promote available training opportunities to support clients.
They will develop innovative training solutions that consider what’s new in the industry and metrics.
Job requirement Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is an asset)




They must have skilled presenter and facilitator able to train-the-trainer and coach key stakeholders
They should possess strong multi-tasking skills, and experience with managing multiple projects at varying stages
They should possess strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand individual needs and manage expectations
Work setting Candidates must have the ability to determine the right training solution for each specific project by conducting a thorough needs assessments
They must have the ability to work with subject matter experts and the Instructional Design team to develop e-learnings, facilitator guides, participant guides, PowerPoint decks, job aids, videos etc. to support various learning needs.
