Deliver both standardized reporting solutions and ad hoc analytical reporting requests

Serve as the primary owner for reporting deliverables and dashboard lifecycle management

Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions

Lead report design discussions and iterative feedback sessions

Prioritize and deliver reporting assets aligned with business objectives

Communicate insights, recommendations, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Performance Optimization & Scalability

Optimize report performance through efficient DAX, model design, and query tuning

Ensure reporting solutions remain scalable across large and growing datasets

Monitor dashboard adoption, usage patterns, and performance metrics

Continuously improve reporting efficiency, usability, and responsiveness

Data Governance & Quality

Apply enterprise standards for naming conventions, documentation, and metadata management

Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting reliability

Support governance initiatives related to reporting, metrics, and business definitions

Maintain documentation for datasets, reports, and reporting processes

Promote best practices in Power BI development, data modeling, and visualization design

Mentor junior analysts and BI developers

Contribute to establishing a Reporting and Analytics Center of Excellence

Drive continuous improvement in BI development standards and methodologies
