This full-time, 12-month contract role requires a proactive Sales Specialist to support membership sales and provide leadership to staff and volunteers. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain high standards aligned with YMCA's Mission and Vision
• Coordinate and monitor membership sales and renewals
• Direct hands-on delivery of sales services at the desk




• Assist in budgeting for sales supplies and office materials
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and manage overdue memberships

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Business or related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Leadership and customer service skills | CPR and First Aid are assets
• Robust interpersonal and communication abilities
• Flexibility with working hours including evenings and weekends
