Become a key player at Intelcom | Dragonfly as an Electro-Mechanical Technician Team Lead. This hands-on position focuses on maintenance, team leadership, and improving equipment reliability in a fast-paced automated setting.

In this role, you will oversee maintenance tasks while leading and training a team of technicians. You will perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on sorters and conveyors to ensure optimal performance. Aligning operational needs with team activities, you will manage inventory and coordinate procurement of necessary parts to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated systems
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians
• Plan, prioritize, and document maintenance activities




• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and services

Requirements:
• Certificate of Qualification (Industrial Mechanic or Electromechanical Technician)
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of conveyor and sorting systems
• Ability to work independently while leading a team
• Strong communication skills across technical and operations teams
