Make a difference as a Therapy Support Navigator with CASA Mental Health, providing essential support for children, youth, and their families. This hybrid role combines case management with direct therapeutic engagement in Slave Lake, Alberta.
Join a compassionate team focused on delivering inclusive mental health services. As a Therapy Support Navigator, you will facilitate therapy programs and support Mental Health Therapists in all aspects of treatment implementation. Your primary focus will be on promoting skill application within family and school environments, thereby fostering resilience and healthy development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in therapy assessments and case management
• Gather information through school and home visits
• Offer coaching to families on treatment application
• Document and maintain electronic medical records
• Engage in patient group facilitation and support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Two years of applicable experience in mental health
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
