Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tier 2/3 troubleshooting for diverse technical issues
• Provide preventative maintenance and support for technologies




• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams timely
• Participate in IT projects and document changes
• Support collaboration tools like O365, Teams, and more

Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in technical or desktop support
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Cisco technologies a plus
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• 2+ years in MA or MS preferred
