Acuren offers a 12-16 month contract for this pivotal role, with the prospect for full-time placement afterward. You will be responsible for high-volume recruitment and will play a critical role in communicating with operational leaders to understand their hiring needs. Located in Sherwood Park or Fort McMurray, you’ll engage in a minimum of three in-office days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive high volume recruitment efforts across client sites
• Post job positions and monitor candidates
• Review and pre-screen resumes thoroughly




• Facilitate interviews and assist in decision making
• Source candidates via platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn

Requirements:
• 2 years in recruitment, especially in high volume settings
• Experienced with diverse sourcing techniques
• Proficient using SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of ICIMs is advantageous
• Full cycle recruitment expertise required
