AEO is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate the maintenance workflow at the Distribution Center. You will lead Maintenance Lead Hands and Associates, supervise preventive maintenance, and support the Maintenance Manager in achieving reliable operations.
You will mentor the maintenance team, ensure safety and housekeeping standards, manage parts and MP-2 scheduling, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
