What You’ll Do
As a Service Advisor, you’ll own the customer experience from drop-off to pick-up.

You’ll:

Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
Build accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on actual customer and vehicle needs
Explain repairs, timelines, and costs in a way customers understand
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Coordinate with technicians and Parts to keep work moving efficiently
Identify additional service opportunities and confidently present recommendations
Follow up with customers and build long‑term relationships
Handle challenging situations professionally and find solutions
Make sure customers leave feeling like someone actually cared about the experience

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll probably be a great fit if you:

Have previous automotive Service Advisor experience
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment




Can confidently sell service while still putting the customer first
Communicate exceptionally well — especially when things don’t go perfectly
Stay organized when ten things are happening at once
Understand that follow-up matters
Take ownership instead of waiting for someone else to solve the problem
Want to be measured by your performance and rewarded for it
Actually enjoy working with customers

Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram experience is an asset, but attitude, ability, and results matter more.
