CRBCL seeks a dedicated Early Years Coordinator to enhance family services through solid partnerships. You will engage with children and families, promoting cultural values and focusing on developmental progress. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop early years programs for families with young children
• Collaborate with agencies and community partners




• Support cultural teachings and language initiatives
• Ensure effective communication and organization
• Manage program logistics and volunteer coordination

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• 3-5 years of experience with children ages 0-5
• Knowledge of child development and behavior
• Experience working with First Nations communities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
