You will be responsible for all aspects of grader operation to ensure secure and effective maintenance of roads and access points. The position involves a 14 days on, 14 days off schedule with provided camp accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate motor grader to maintain haul and access roads
• Cut and maintain ramps and berms according to site standards
• Conduct winter maintenance operations efficiently
• Carry out inspections and report defects timely
• Engage in hazard assessments and toolbox talks

Requirements:
• Proven grader experience, preferably in mining
• Valid Class 5 licence with reliable transportation
• Certifications in CSTS-2020 and H2S Alive
• Ability to pass pre-access drug tests
• Willingness to work 12 hour rotating shifts
