About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Remote Hotel Revenue Manager to optimize revenue streams and maximize profitability for their portfolio of properties. This position is fully remote and requires a data-driven individual who can implement effective pricing strategies, manage inventory, and forecast demand across multiple hotel locations. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue growth and market share. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement dynamic pricing and inventory management strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy. Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting to identify revenue opportunities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional offers and packages that align with revenue goals. Oversee the use of revenue management systems (RMS) and other tools to analyze performance data and generate reports.



Provide recommendations to hotel management on pricing, strategy, and market positioning. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on revenue performance to senior leadership. Requirements

Proven experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of revenue growth. In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles, forecasting techniques, and pricing strategies. Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and revenue management software. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable working remotely with dispersed teams. Benefits
