The Wickaninnish Inn on Vancouver Island is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations. You will help maintain fine-dining quality, manage production and presentation, and supervise a dedicated brigade in a rapid-paced setting.
You will train staff, assist in menu planning, and ensure safety and hygienic practices while upholding Relais & Châteaux and Forbes standards. A two-year commitment is encouraged.
