• Support individuals in their homes to promote independence
• Assist with personal care and medical support as needed
• Advocate for rights and inclusion in all life areas




• Foster community connections and opportunities for expression
• Implement and follow individualized care plans diligently

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or equivalent education
• One year of experience with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support methods
• Class 5 Driver’s License; personal vehicle required
• Current First Aid/CPR and related certifications
