In this role, you will manage the after-hours clinical operations reporting to the Director of Care. Your responsibilities include staffing management, emergency response, and ensuring that all care provided meets Kensington Health’s high standards of quality and safety. This manager role is essential for providing seamless operations, enhancing the patient and family experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address unplanned staff absences and delegate staffing
• Ensure compliance with health policies and procedures
• Lead emergency code responses and team communication




• Promote a culture of equity and safety in operations
• Actively participate in organizational committees

Requirements:
• 5+ years in healthcare management positions
• Proven experience in conflict resolution and crisis management
• Familiarity with health and safety laws
• Required Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
• Relevant health skilled certification preferred
