The Chance: The Victims Services’ Head Office Branch Regina requires a permanent full-time Restitution and Compliance Enforcement Specialist with proven interpersonal skills, and case management/collection experience.
To qualify for this position, the successful candidate will have knowledge of:
Enforcement/investigative theories, principles/conflict resolution techniques.
General court procedures, legal processes, and legal documents.
Basic computer systems, databases and programs including Microsoft Office Applications, CIJMS and Adobe Acrobat.
Our ideal candidate will be reliable, client-focused, resourceful, and thorough in organizing work, working both independently and in a team atmosphere; as well as be discreet when handling confidential information.
Typically,
the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position would be obtained and developed through the completion of a recognized degree in Criminology, Human Justice, Social Work, or related fields of study, or an equivalent combination of transferable skills, training, and experience. Previous experiences in collections, investigation, or enforcement would be considered an asset.
The successful candidate will be subject to a Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment
