As a Level 3 or 4 Shutdown Scheduler, your responsibilities center around creating comprehensive shutdown plans and ensuring each phase aligns with operational goals. You'll engage in critical path analysis, resource leveling, and scheduling optimization, along with providing necessary inputs for management meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop overall shutdown plans incorporating all work scopes
• Assess progress related to preparation schedules
• Organize and oversee comprehensive shutdown activities




• Identify and troubleshoot planning issues as they arise
• Compile and issue necessary documentation to the shutdown team

Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience in shutdown or turnaround scheduling
• Oracle Primavera P6 experience is an asset
• Knowledge of CMMS-SAP systems preferred
• Familiarity with Power Bi and Smartsheet a plus
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
