Become a Child Care Educator Level 2 with YMCA of Northern Alberta and shape the future of children aged 0-12. Your contributions will help implement rich learning experiences through essential programming.

This role involves delivering a structured curriculum tailored to children's growth in a protected, engaging, and nurturing environment. You're expected to facilitate creative activities and maintain communication with parents about their children’s development while adhering to all safety regulations and documented procedures. Mentorship of new educators is also part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality curriculum to foster growth
• Facilitate activities that promote exploration and creativity




• Observe and document developmental milestones
• Follow safety and licensing regulations diligently
• Maintain daily communication with parents

Requirements:
• Experience with children is preferred
• Level 2 Child Care Certification or pursuit thereof
• Certification in Standard First Aid & CPR - C
• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Police Check
• Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively
