Key Responsibilities:
• Offer specialized nursing care for geriatric patients
• Implement recovery-oriented strategies in treatment plans




• Collaboratively work with a multidisciplinary team
• Document assessments and medication administration accurately
• Support the transition of patients to community settings

Requirements:
• Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses
• Valid CPR-Health Care Provider certification
• Knowledge of psychiatric health nursing standards
• Proven nursing experience in mental health settings
