Agnico Eagle is looking for a Mobile Reliability Specialist to improve performance at its Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON. This key role requires expertise in technical reliability for heavy equipment.

You will report to the Maintenance Planning & Reliability General Supervisor and be responsible for driving asset reliability and cost-effective performance across both underground and surface mobile machinery. Your primary focus will be on implementing effective maintenance strategies and conducting thorough failure analyses to drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with various teams and adhering to Agnico Eagle's safety and sustainability values will be critical.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion safety standards and compliance in operations
• Implement and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance strategies




• Facilitate critical assessments and reliability studies
• Monitor equipment health through condition monitoring techniques
• Investigate failure trends to enhance performance metrics

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 4 years in technical, maintenance engineering roles
• Familiarity with heavy-duty mobile equipment and maintenance practices
• Proficient in CMMS and performance analysis tools
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and analytical techniques
