Become a vital member of the ISO 15189 Plus™ Program within Health Standards Organization. As a Staff Technologist, you'll coordinate and conduct assessments, analyze accreditation evidence, and refine accreditation requirements. Your expertise ensures excellence in patient safety and diagnostic service delivery, all while meeting with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate accreditation assessments and analyze evidence
• Review self-assessments and implement corrective actions
• Monitor and improve accreditation quality procedures
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and consultations
• Travel up to 30% nationally and internationally for accreditation support
Requirements:
• Designated Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT)
• Minimum 5 years of recent Laboratory Medicine experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
