Key Responsibilities:
• Champion safety cultures and compliance practices
• Perform installation and repair of rotating equipment
• Carry out facility maintenance and turnarounds




• Collaborate with engineering and operational teams
• Mentor junior team members in technical tasks

Requirements:
• Must have Journeyman Millwright certification
• Ten-plus years’ experience in mechanical maintenance
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and SAP
• Solid organizational and leadership capabilities
• Availability for on-call and weekend shifts
