Mott MacDonald is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Document Controller to join our Calgary office. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about document management and eager to grow within a agile project setting. The successful candidate will support the coordination, tracking, and quality assurance of project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Managing incoming and outgoing documentation, including tracking, distribution, and delivery
Collaborate closely with project teams to coordinate and transmit deliverables to clients in a time-sensitive manner
Ensuring compliance with contractual and quality assurance requirements for document control
Troubleshoot and resolve document-related issues raised by project teams
Supporting continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements




PErform data file clean-up and organization primarily within SharePoint environments
Set up and maintain SharePoint Document libraries, ensuring adherence to Program SharePoint compliance
Provide team co-ordination and project management support, including meeting minutes and reporting

Candidate Requirements: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in a document control in the infrastructure industry
Familiarity with document control principles, including version control and retrieval systems
Strong organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks across various projects
Knowledge and experience with SharePoint, Adobe Bluebeam and ProjectWise is an asset

Multiple factors such as qualifications, overall experience and position responsibilities will be used to determine the successful candidate's actual salary within the expected range.
The expected salary range for this position is from $73,000 - $90,000.
