Team Overview
This role sits at the intersection of data, risk, and user experience, requiring deep collaboration with technology, data partnerships, sales, marketing, operations, legal, and go-to-market teams. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP, Credit Risk Product Management, the Senior Advisor, Product Management will be responsible to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Income and Employment Verification (VOIE) products in Canada.
They will own the end-to-end product lifecycle- from discovery and compliance-by-design to launch, iteration, and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the multi-year product vision and success metrics for VOIE, aligned to business outcomes.
Build and manage a prioritized roadmap that balances customer value, regulatory constraints, data supply, and technical feasibility.
Lead market assessments for new verticals and channels.
Drive structured discovery with customers, developers, and partners to identify verification pain points.
Own the end-to-end user journey.
Establish and validate hypotheses via experiments, Voice of Customer, usability tests, and A/B tests; translate insights into transparent product requirements.
Partner withtechnology and operationsto source, normalize, and enrich payrolland HCMdata; define data quality thresholds and SLAs.
