The Engineer, Planning position is a temporary role designed to support water system strategies. Responsibilities include maintaining hydraulic models, conducting analyses, and leading master planning initiatives for water systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of hydraulic models for planning needs
• Authenticate hydraulic boundary conditions with external consultants
• Conduct operational hydraulic analyses and presentations
• Ensure software updates and licensing for hydraulic tools
• Manage projects through the Capital Delivery Model process
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Environmental or Chemical Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in hydraulic modeling
• Certified Qualified Engineer status or Engineer-in-Training

• Familiarity with GIS and Microsoft Office applications
