Connective, a Kelowna-based nonprofit, seeks an External Tenant Support Worker to provide casework and support for residents in Connective programs. The role focuses on enhancing quality of life, ensuring secure operation of the facility, and maintaining counselling/rehabilitative goals.
Working in a unionized environment, you will coordinate with care teams, liaise with community partners, and document progress while upholding health and safety standards.
