Hourly base pay: $30.60
What You'll Do
Manage your own route, delivering products and ensuring customer satisfaction
Upsell, cross‑sell, and introduce new products to maximize customer value
Build strong relationships, resolve concerns, and keep customers coming back
Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely and professionally
Handle payments, paperwork, and keep accounts organized
Participate in promotions, contests, and training to sharpen your skills
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent




Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
At least 1 year of safe driving experience
Robust customer service and sales skills
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals
Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately
Safety-sensitive role; drug and alcohol testing is required
Physical Demands
Sitting, grasping, and driving for extended periods
Stooping and climbing stairs
Lifting up to 75 lbs.
Walking, writing, hearing, and speaking clearly
Schedule
10 hours each scheduled day
Pay: $30.60 per hour + commission based on route revenue
