This full time opportunity enables CIM® and CFA holders to become Advising Representatives (AR) immediately. Focus exclusively on client advisory without the burden of cold calling or rigid sales quotas. Supported by a robust investment team, you will handle KYC, investment approvals, and model portfolio assignments, all in an unbiased fiduciary setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Approve KYC and Investor Profiles with thorough assessments
• Evaluate and sign off on client investment strategies
• Conduct advice sessions on retirement and investment alignment




• Assign model portfolios that align with client needs
• Ensure adherence to securities regulations with detailed recordkeeping

Requirements:
• Must qualify for Advising Representative registration in Ontario
• Relevant Investment Management Experience (RIME) necessary
• Knowledge of KYC/KYP compliance and asset allocation
• Experience with retirement and HNW planning beneficial
• Strong communication skills essential for client interactions
