In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Finance, taking charge of daily accounting practices and ensuring compliance with regulations. You’ll utilize your analytical skills to support financial planning, conduct data analysis, and mentor a agile accounting team. Your contributions will directly influence our business's financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely preparation of financial reports
• Mentor and guide the accounting team effectively
• Supervise cash management and payroll activities
• Assist with internal controls for asset safeguarding
• Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation (completed or near completion)
• 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of corporate tax provisions
• Ability to implement ERP/accounting systems
