As a new IT Manager at ONroute, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer. Your role encompasses managing IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance, and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors. Skillfully troubleshoot issues while securing technology platforms and systems throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain, and improve IT infrastructure across all locations
• Own uptime and performance of POS systems for seamless transactions
• Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor service levels




• Oversee IT support processes to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and standards

Requirements:
• University degree in Information Technology or related field
• 5–8 years of progressive IT experience, preferably in multi-site environments
• Robust expertise in IT infrastructure and POS systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly to plaza locations
