Job Duties Perform routine and advanced cell culture, including 2D, 3D, stem cell, and organoid workflows
Maintain iPSC lines and support differentiation protocols under supervision
Assist in biological tests and laboratory analyses, experimental design, execution, and data collection
Prepare reagents, media, and other materials required for experiments
Maintain detailed laboratory records and ensure adherence to SOPs
Assist in data analysis and reports preparation
Collaborate with scientists and senior team members on ongoing R&D; projects
Qualifications College diploma in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
Solid experience with molecular biology techniques (e.g.,



RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR) and wet lab assays (e.g., immunoblotting, ELISA)
Solid familiarity with sterile technique, cell culture workflows, and microscopy
1–2 years of hands‑on lab experience in cell biology (academic or industry) considered a strong asset
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team in a quick‑paced environment
Previous industry experience is an asset

Location: This is a full‑time,on‑site positionbased at our headquarters in Richmond, BC. Candidates must be able to work on‑site from their start date.Relocation assistance is NOT provided.
