JobSummary:
The Continuous Improvement Coordinatorleads and supports all activities related to continuous improvementwithin assigned sites or sectors, as well as the projects undertheir responsibility. The role focuses on driving sustainableperformance, embedding best practices, and acting as a key changeagent within operations.
Keyresponsabilities:
- Lead and facilitate the implementationand sustainability of continuous improvementprograms
- Identify improvement opportunities andintegrate best practices into dailyoperations
- Train, coach, and support teams (DMAIC,DMS management processes, etc.)
- Prepare and lead various meetings(reviews, brainstorming sessions,workshops)
- Coordinate cross-functional workinggroups related to continuous improvement (Kaizen, continuousimprovement initiatives, etc.)
- Act as a change agent to promote aculture of continuous improvement
- Lead and/or support all phases ofproject management
- Monitor and drive the execution ofoperational improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement key performanceindicators (KPIs) and dashboards
- Participate in internal and cross-siteaudits related to the continuous improvement program(Olympac)
Requiredqualifications:
- College or university degree in arelevant field (engineering, operations, management, or relateddiscipline)
- 3to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or similarrole
- Strong ability to train, coach, andinfluence individuals or teams
- Proven experience managing multiplepriorities simultaneously
- Solid interest in continuousimprovement and problem-solving
- Green Belt certification (anasset) and/or knowledge of Lean Six Sigmamethodologies
- Valid driver’s license (frequent travelbetween sites required)
- Bilingualism (French and English) isconsidered an asset
- Proficiency in Excel andPowerBI
