What You'll Do

- Set up, program, and operate robotic welding equipment
- Troubleshoot welding, equipment,



and robot performance issues
- Optimize welding programs and processes
- Monitor weld quality and production output
- Support process improvements and new product trials
- Work with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency and quality
- Maintain a secure and organized work environment

What You Bring

- Minimum 2 years of robotic welding programming and operating experience
- Strong knowledge of weld quality standards
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with IGM robotic welding systems is a strong asset
