This role on the Tertiary Mental Health Regional Support team involves coordinating referral systems and ensuring policy effectiveness. You will engage closely with clients, service providers, and healthcare teams to streamline access and discharge processes for youth and adults. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage referral systems for diverse client groups
• Maintain service access policies and compliance
• Coordinate with health teams to ensure timely admissions
• Participate in service initiatives and round discussions
• Track and evaluate access to mental health resources
Requirements:
• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work
• Two years' experience in relevant mental health services
• Valid registration with the BCCSW
• Required BC Driver’s License for work travel
• Knowledge of mental health barriers for diverse populations
