As a key member of the Cryogenic Packaging Team, you will support the development of innovative materials and assembly techniques. Your role includes evaluating new designs, troubleshooting assembly issues, and transitioning successful processes into manufacturing. This position emphasizes hands-on work and problem-solving skills while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate recent packaging materials and designs through experimentation
• Build prototypes for next-generation cryogenic technologies
• Troubleshoot manufacturability and reliability concerns in packaging
• Document observations and refine manufacturing methods
• Collaborate closely with team members on process transitions
Requirements:
• Post-secondary technical diploma or equivalent education
• 4+ years in complex electromechanical assembly
• Precision microassembly experience (die attach, soldering)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
