Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, the Registered Nurse will work independently and collaboratively within a Team Nursing model with both RNs and RPNs. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care based on a pre-set care plan
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for complex cases




• Conduct assessments within RN scope effectively
• Maintain communication with patients and families
• Utilize protective equipment and report hazards

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BCLS certification current
• At least one year of hemodialysis experience
• Completion of relevant nephrology courses required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
