You will need to navigate Microsoft programs effectively while meeting deadlines and work requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exemplary service to all customers
• Aim for 100% customer satisfaction at every interaction
• Identify and sell parts accurately based on client needs




• Source and price requests from OEM and alternative vendors
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation

Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience in parts or service technology
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs and applications
• Excellent written communication capabilities
• Organized and ability to prioritize tasks well
• Knowledge of Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer or Diesel Engine parts is beneficial
