Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, you will take ownership of the brand’s strategic direction while fostering a culture of accountability within your team. You'll keep the leadership team informed on key performance metrics and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead brand initiatives for Silver Hills and its subsidiaries
• Promote cross-departmental collaboration with Sales, R&D;, etc.
• Develop impactful brand communication and social media strategies




• Manage marketing budgets and lead trade show planning
• Mentor and develop team members for enhanced performance

Requirements:
• 8+ years in a marketing role in Consumer Goods or Food sectors
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong people management experience
• Excellent marketing analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
