As a part of the Outpatient Services team, you will need to have training in CBT, with experience in IPT preferred. This position emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality case management and therapy. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform clinical assessments and create therapeutic plans
• Deliver individual and group therapies based on evidence
• Provide consultative services to community partners




• Facilitate psychoeducational groups effectively
• Assist in case management and discharge processes

Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses
• 3-5 years of community mental health experience preferred
• Familiarity with mental health legislation and policies
• Proven ability to work as part of a collaborative team
