In this position, you will focus on work-in-progress, costing, and variance analysis, helping to drive financial accuracy and operational insights. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure WIP integrity and month-end reconciliation
• Support month-end close and financial reporting




• Analyze and explain cost variances
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve accuracy
• Reconcile and analyze financial data across systems

Requirements:
• 3–7+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong data reconciliation and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with ERP tools like Oracle or SAP
• Excellent skills in Excel for complex data analysis
• Detail-oriented with a desire to learn
