Main Duties:

Greet all customers and provide excellent customer service. Follow the telephone- answering procedures.

Address customer and technician requests.

Pull parts from inventory as outlined in pull board procedure and generate invoices.

Source Parts. Enter parts number into the computer that has been given to the technicians on work orders.

Sell dealership products.

Create orders for all parts ordered.

Ship Cores- retail and warranty.

Reorder stock parts and empty bin parts.

Keep proper stock level for shop parts and supplies.

Check off all parts arrivals and receipt the orders in CDK

Cut Keys

Sell accessories and parts

Employment Requirements:

Gr. 12 High School Diploma

Automotive Part Knowledge

Computer knowledge

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Valid Driver License
