In this role, reporting to the Vice-President of Marketing & Student Experience, you will offer guidance tailored to each student's needs across multiple programs. Emphasizing holistic support, you will work collaboratively to improve student retention and success, ensuring they thrive during their college experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage student engagement and academic achievement
• Collaborate with the College community on support strategies




• Focus on retention initiatives aligning with strategic goals
• Track and assess student progress for continuous improvement
